  • Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next working day

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details.

Shipping Duration

Estimated delivery timelines within Pakistan:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities / Remote Areas: 3–6 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout

  • Any promotional free shipping offers will be mentioned on the website or product page

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available for selected locations

  • Customers are requested to keep the exact payment amount ready at the time of delivery

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email, allowing you to monitor your delivery status.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout

  • Seventh Look is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information

  • Orders returned due to failed delivery attempts may incur re-shipping charges

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or videos of the package and product

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or resolution in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

Currently, Seventh Look ships within Pakistan only.
International shipping options may be introduced in the future.
